Refunds at PersonalSaunaDirect.com, we are proud to have one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before your new sauna ships with no charge to you (exceptions such as custom orders apply, see below).

Cancellation (before order ships)

Cancellation of Special Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or returned because they are made specifically for your order.

These units are custom made to your specifications or made to order. Once you place your order, we begin building your unit. The warranty guarantees that the product is fully functional and working. If you are unsure whether it is made to order or custom made, please contact us via message or phone.

All sales of bespoke and made-to-order products are final.

Refunds and Returns

If the product needs to be replaced, it can be replaced. You are responsible for all shipping charges for all return and exchange processes.

Not all orders can be returned after they have been shipped. Our products are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer does not accept returns, we cannot accept returns. This often varies from case to case. If you need specific information about your brand or product, please contact us. In most cases, you have 30 days to return your product.

Due to significant increases in LTL/freight shipping costs, full returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping charges. If you exchange your item for another item, you may be required to pay a portion of the cost depending on the item.

Delivery Time

We are committed to doing our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We provide estimated delivery times on product pages based on information provided by our suppliers and shipping carriers. These estimated delivery dates are subject to change or change without notice (supply chain issues, metal production delays at steel mills, manufacturer, distribution, factory/warehouse, dock worker priority demand due to steel mill impacts, etc.) ). ).

How long does it take for the product to be delivered?

In the event of a return or exchange, I understand that I will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping of the new product.

I understand that items must be returned unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
I understand that I will not be able to receive a full refund if the item I ordered leaves our warehouse.
If I return my order after it has shipped, I understand that I am responsible for paying all return shipping and restocking fees. These fees vary by product, but are typically around 20%.
I understand that the estimated shipping dates listed on product pages are estimates and are subject to change due to factors completely beyond Airifyhealth’s control.
I do not accept order cancellations or chargebacks due to order delays or changes in the estimated time provided due to factors beyond Airifyhealth’s control (such as our production or logistics limitations). Damage

When the product arrives, please check the packaging condition. If you notice any damage, you must sign for it upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage, packaging, item number, and a brief description of the damage to Sales@airifyhealth.com. We will then process the insurance claim on your behalf. For damaged shipments, photos and videos must be sent within 24 hours of arrival. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim for damage to the shipment. Any punctures or visible signs of external damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty

Warranties vary by manufacturer – see individual product page for details. Warranty damage occurs over time and use. If the item is damaged on arrival and not reported within 30 days, this will not be covered by a warranty claim.

Returns

PersonalSaunaDirect.com default policy is that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges or return shipping charges incurred due to customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Our warranty applies to nearly all of our products. This means that he receives 100% of the fully functional product he paid for, without any additional costs. Details can be found on each product page.

With this in mind, customers who file fraudulent chargebacks are subject to criminal charges of theft.
